We deliver thousands of chilled parcels across Czechia and most of Slovakia every day. We collect goods from farmers, butchers and e-shops from anywhere so that we can deliver them within 48 hours anywhere across Czechia and Slovakia.
Transport of chilled shipments
We carry chilled shipments from the size of a paper bag up to a full pallet to businesses, warehouses, and even to end customers at their homes.

Thanks to more frequent deliveries we bring your parcels quickly and flexibly so that your shipments always arrive on time.
Our routes cover most of the northern half of the country, so you can rely on swift delivery even in smaller towns. We do our utmost to get your parcel to you as soon as possible.

Here too you can rely on regular and dependable delivery that brings your parcels without unnecessary waiting.
Deliveries are planned so that we cover all towns and smaller villages in the given zone. Just place an order and we will make sure your parcel arrives exactly as planned.
We send customers an SMS the day before with a 2-hour delivery window.
We deliver across almost the entire territory of Czechia and most of Slovakia.
Delivery takes place between 8:00 and 20:00 (Czechia), 10:00–21:00 (Slovakia).

We have our own client system MROŽ v1
To manage transport we also use international software for traffic management automation using the latest AI technologies.
One of our advantages is our newly built, in-house developed client system MROŽ v1, thanks to which you have absolute control over your orders, including the location where they currently are.
We can connect your internal systems via API, export via XML (manual or automatic), or integrate directly with the Shoptet system.
Our vehicles
Our entire fleet consists of delivery vans with professional refrigerated bodywork. Each one is equipped with temperature-monitoring equipment.
We carry orders from a single paper bag up to 7 pallets.
Our fleet consists of a total of 50 vehicles with active cooling of the following brands, with a maximum age of 4 years:

We also have a large depot in Horní Počernice with a chilled space (4 temperature zones) of 2,500 m² and freezer spaces (-20 degrees) of 400 m². We also have chilled and frozen warehouses in Brno, Bratislava and Banská Bystrica.
We are an officially registered carrier with the State Veterinary Administration; our registration number is CZ 21733073, which gives you the assurance that we maintain maximum control over your goods.
