Where does fulfillment physically run?
Our warehouses are in Prague. Goods can also be received in Brno, Bratislava and Banská Bystrica, from where we bring them in.
Can you combine chilled and dry goods in one order?
Yes — we pick a combined shipment with thermo packaging so everything arrives in perfect condition.
Which carriers deliver the parcels?
Chilled and frozen parcels travel with our fleet; dry goods go with your choice of PPL, DPD, GLS, Zásilkovna or Czech Post.
Will I see my stock levels online?
Yes — the MROŽ client portal gives you a real-time overview of stock, orders and dispatches.
