Our Prague site has 500 m² of frozen storage at −22 °C. Assembly and packing also take place in frozen areas. We keep item-level records that customers can view online. For other products, we have 2,500 m² of chilled storage and 10,000 m² of ambient storage.

We can add chilled transport at 1–5 °C and ambient storage to your service. Storage, transport and handover arrangements are agreed around your product range.

At what temperature do you transport frozen goods?
We transport frozen goods at −18 °C and store them at −22 °C.
Do I have to store my goods with you as well?
No. You can use our transport service on its own or combine it with storage and order dispatch to suit your business.
Can we connect our online shop?
Yes. We support Shoptet, Upgates and WooCommerce, as well as API and XML imports. You can also book and manage shipments manually in the Mrož customer portal.
How can I check availability in a particular area?
Use our postcode checker to find regular delivery days and available time slots. We will confirm the requirements for your frozen goods when preparing your quote.
