We agree how to receive your orders when we set up the service. Tell us which platform your shop uses so we can recommend the right connection.
How do I check collection and delivery availability?
We collect from every area we deliver to. Enter the collection and delivery postcodes in the journey planner to see available collection and delivery dates.
How should I pack my shipment?
The right packaging depends on your goods, the handover arrangements and the agreed temperature. Before the first collection, confirm the packaging and preparation requirements with us. Temperature-controlled transport does not replace proper food preparation.
