Can I order a meal plan from you?
COOL Balík is a transport service. This page is for meal producers looking for delivery to their own customers. We do not sell meals here.
Can you assemble our orders too?
Yes. We can assemble individual customer orders from your prepared meals and arrange delivery. Assembly and packing take place in chilled conditions in Prague. We agree how meals and order details are handed over before we start.
Can I change the number of orders?
Yes. You can adjust order quantities as needed. We can handle substantial increases in volume, for example when demand for your meals rises sharply.
When do you deliver meals?
Delivery times depend on the collection point, delivery area and agreed service. We confirm the schedule for your operation together.
Can I get in touch if I am just starting out?
Yes. Tell us about your planned product range, collection and delivery locations, and estimated shipment volumes. It is fine if you do not have all the details yet.
